Principal Product Manager
Location: London
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Salary: £110,000-£150,000 + 10% Bonus
A growing technology business at the intersection of software, automation, and life sciences is looking for a Principal Product Manager to help shape the future of its platform.
This isn't a role for someone who just manages backlogs. You'll be tackling complex workflow, orchestration, and integration challenges, working closely with engineering teams to turn powerful technology into products customers genuinely love using.
What You'll Be Doing
- Defining strategy and roadmap for core platform capabilities
- Solving complex workflow, scheduling, and automation challenges
- Working across engineering, design, science, and commercial teams
- Owning products from discovery through to adoption and measurable outcomes
- Influencing product direction at a company level
- Mentoring other Product Managers

Background We're Interested In
- Senior / Principal Product Management experience
- Experience building platform, workflow, or operational software products
- Startup, scale-up, or founder mentality
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to work closely with engineers
- Experience handling ambiguity and creating clarity
- Bonus points for automation, AI, APIs, SDKs, developer products, or complex systems
