Help shape the next generation of product and learning experiences at one of the world's leading people development organisations.
At Insights, we believe people thrive when they better understand themselves and others. Our learning solutions help organisations across the globe build stronger relationships, develop leaders and create lasting positive change.
We're now looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Product Leadership Team and play a key role in shaping the future of our product portfolio.
This is a rare opportunity to influence the product strategy, performance and evolution of a global portfolio of learning products and experiences used by organisations around the world. Reporting directly to our Head of Product, you'll play a key role in determining where we invest, what we evolve, what we scale and where we innovate next.
If you're an experienced product leader who enjoys operating at the intersection of customer value, commercial outcomes and innovation, we'd love to hear from you.
This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic investment outcomes, influence organisational priorities and leave a lasting impact on how products are developed and delivered across Insights.
Flexible Working
We believe people do their best work when they can balance their professional and personal commitments. That's why we're open to discussing flexible working arrangements and will consider requests that help you thrive both at work and at home. If there's something we can do to support you, please let us know.
The Opportunity
As Principal Product Manager, you'll own the vision, product strategy and roadmap for our product portfolio across physical, digital and blended learning experiences.
You'll work closely with senior employees across Product, Technology, Learning, Commercial, Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience to ensure we're focused on the opportunities that deliver the greatest value for our customers, learners and business.
This role is about far more than roadmap delivery.
You'll influence strategic investment choices, elevate product management capability across the organisation, help shape our approach to AI and emerging technologies, and build the frameworks, governance and operating rhythms that enable high-performing product teams to thrive.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
