We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. In this role, you'll shape the vision for a business-critical product that supports teams across Finance, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Project Operations. You'll connect business priorities with technology investment, helping colleagues work more effectively while improving data quality, governance and decision making across the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy and roadmap for Dynamics 365 across Kantar.
- Lead product direction across Finance, CRM and Project Operations, ensuring teams are aligned on priorities and outcomes.
- Work closely with Technology, Operations and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
- Prioritise platform investments using user insight, operational performance data and business value.
- Drive platform enhancements, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives from discovery through to adoption.
- Improve workflows, automation, reporting and dashboards to create a better experience for users.
- Strengthen governance, platform standards and data quality across Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Measure adoption, performance and business impact to inform future product decisions.

The ideal skills and experience
We're looking for someone who combines product leadership expertise with deep knowledge of enterprise business platforms.
You'll likely bring:
- Significant experience leading enterprise product strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Finance, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Insights or Project Operations.
- Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- The ability to use data and evidence to prioritise investment decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Experience delivering change across complex, global organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical audiences around a shared vision.
- A collaborative approach and a passion for improving how people work through technology.
