Would you be interested in leading Product Management for the AI products in the Rapidminer data and AI platform? We're hiring a Principal Product Manager to join our Product Management team (part of the AIDEC Business Line). Your goal and focus is to drive value for our customers by providing innovative capabilities that help enterprises realize transformative impact through AI. You'll have a key and strategic role, helping to shape the vision and product strategy of the Rapidminer platform and driving their execution leading to tangible business outcomes and business success.
As integral layer, the Rapidminer platform contains authoring and operationalization capabilities for data science, machine learning and AI and related data-driven decision making, targeted at a broad range of enterprise user personas ranging from business users to citizen developers to data experts. You'll make a difference by:
- Partnering with senior leadership to define and evolve the vision and strategy for Rapidminer’s AI products, ensuring strong alignment with the overall platform direction.
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a successful team of product managers- encouraging curiosity, creativity, and continuous learning.
- Championing commercial success by collaborating with marketing, sales, and customers, shaping go‑to‑market approaches, enabling teams, and helping meet revenue ambitions.
- Creating clear, purposeful product roadmaps and working closely with design, engineering, QA, and cross‑functional partners to bring them to life.
- Taking ownership of product outcomes, supporting customers through critical and high‑impact engagements when needed.
- Representing and advocating for our products with internal teams, customers, analysts, and broader audiences in partnership with product marketing and related groups.
- Working in close collaboration with engineering leadership to refine development frameworks, processes, and team practices.

Your success is grounded in:
- Demonstrated product leadership with the skills to inspire, guide, and grow a high‑performing team while nurturing a culture grounded in accountability and shared success.
- A commercially oriented mindset with experience navigating enterprise software markets.
- Deep understanding of data science, machine learning, and AI, from industry use cases to value realization and hands‑on familiarity with low‑code/no‑code tools or languages such as Python in enterprise settings.
- Strong grasp of data and AI‑focused enterprise software, customer needs across the AI value chain, and technologies spanning data, DSML/AI modeling, operations, and business applications.
- Exceptional communications with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, compelling narratives (fluency in English is required).

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is 82,200 to 143,700 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
