Principal Product Manager – Command & Control Systems | London or South East UK (Hybrid)

We are a fearless, innovation-driven technology company transforming operations at sea — and we're looking for a Principal Product Manager to define and lead our Command & Control product ecosystem.

This is not your average PM role. You'll be shaping how control systems, mission management, simulation and digital replication connect to deliver a cohesive, scalable and safe product suite for remote and autonomous maritime operations.

What you'll own:

  • The end-to-end product ecosystem vision and strategy across all command and control capabilities
  • Alignment between software, systems, autonomy and operational workflows
  • Cross-disciplinary teams translating operational ambitions into scalable, testable, safe system capabilities
  • Governance practices ensuring traceability, risk visibility and coherent delivery
  • Architecture and interface decisions balancing flexibility, performance and reliability
  • Integration, simulation and digital lifecycle practices that accelerate learning and feedback

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
