Description
Forterro is building MyForterro.ai as the central cloud and AI foundation serving customers across a portfolio of specialised industrial software businesses. This is not a standalone product; it is a strategic growth platform designed to unlock cross-portfolio value, scalable services, and AI-enabled capabilities.
The Product Marketer – Platform & AI ensures that MyForterro.ai becomes a commercial engine rather than simply shared infrastructure. The role is responsible for defining how customer usage evolves into paid adoption, structured expansion, and durable revenue growth. It connects platform engagement to monetisation logic, pricing discipline, and clear commercial outcomes. This position sits at the intersection of platform strategy, AI commercialisation, pricing architecture, and lifecycle growth. It requires someone who can think systemically, operate with commercial rigour, and influence across multiple lines of business.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the usage-led monetisation strategy for MyForterro.ai
- Establish qualified usage signals that predict paid adoption and expansion
- Design the free-to-paid value architecture, including paywall and upgrade logic
- Develop structured expansion paths from platform access through to AI-enabled offerings
- Define ICP-led monetisation priorities, identifying segments with the highest expansion potential
- Shape the platform and AI positioning framework across the portfolio
- Partner with Deal Desk to ensure pricing discipline and protect monetisation integrity
- Define packaging logic and tier progression for platform and AI services
- Specify instrumentation requirements to track conversion, expansion, and revenue impact
- Monitor monetisation performance and proactively surface risks to scalability or pricing erosion
- Enable Sales and Partners with clear upgrade narratives and expansion frameworks

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
