Come join the QuickBooks Product Marketing Team in the UK as a Principal Product Marketing Manager. You will sit within the International Product Marketing team and translate market, product, and customer insight into durable, multi-year product strategy. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the go-to-market for our customers and the ideal candidate is a bold strategic thinker who can partner with product, go-to-market, and executive stakeholders to commit to that vision.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product to help set the strategic direction for where QuickBooks Products and Services must go to win with customers, shaping the bets that drive long-term competitive position and growth
  • Sharpen who we win and why: Use market and customer insight to evolve our understanding of the ideal customer, keeping our targeting and value proposition ahead of an evolving market
  • Shape the roadmap at the strategic level: Partner with product leadership to prioritize around the bets that matter most for long-term competitive position
  • Drive cross-functional alignment: Act as the connective tissue between product, sales, and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic direction and key decisions
  • Build the business case for the future state: Develop the insight and narrative that supports where our products should go next, and present that point of view to senior audiences
  • Enable the field to sell the vision: Partner with Sales to translate strategy into a compelling narrative, incorporating field feedback into our evolving direction

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required, MBA preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or management consulting, with a demonstrated track record of owning multi-year strategy
  • Proven ability to define and defend long-range strategic bets using market intelligence and customer insight, with the judgment to sequence them pragmatically
  • Experience working with product management teams
  • Demonstrated track record influencing stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with comfort presenting at executive business reviews
  • Demonstrated ownership, independent judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes at the strategy level
  • Fluent in a range of AI tools with demonstrable experience incorporating them into your workflow
  • Familiarity with accounting, payroll or small business software is an advantage
