Amazon Supply Chain Services
Amazon spent decades building one of the best supply chains in the world to run its own business, moving, storing, and delivering products fast and reliably. Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS) now opens that same network up to other businesses, so any company can use Amazon's multimodal ground and air freight, warehousing, distribution & fulfillment, and parcel shipping to run their own operations. Think of it like what AWS did for cloud computing, but for supply chain, and it is just getting started.
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Principal Integrated Marketing Manager to join the Amazon Supply Chain Services team. You will have the opportunity to define and drive the integrated marketing strategy for current and future Amazon supply chain solutions. The successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically: from the creation of plans, to the brass tacks of execution. She or he will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced B2B marketer, who can think strategically and execute flawlessly. If you’re looking to join a dynamic, growing team in a high-impact role, bring your insight, imagination, and a healthy disregard for the impossible to this challenging and growing business. You bring strong analytical skills, strong organizational and project management skills, and you have a track record of successfully navigating matrixed organizations, influencing without direct authority. You have a high level of comfort navigating ambiguity, a passion for scaling learnings beyond your immediate team, and the ability to investigate complex challenges and effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders. You work backwards from the customer, apply innovative thinking, and dive deep to identify and mitigate gaps.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
