Role Overview

This role owns the strategy and technical direction for how the European marketing organization reaches and engages customers across marketing channels to achieve lifecycle marketing goals. You own both the customer-facing marketing products and the channel foundations they depend on. Your portfolio accelerates customer acquisition and deepens customer engagement across the region.

You will set the multi-year vision for these products and new innovations, acting as the thought leader across business and technology partners. The work spans advertising platforms beyond Amazon and the measurement systems that prove marketing impact. You will partner with engineering, science, and business leaders to decide what to build, what to reuse, and what to sequence first in a space with high ambiguity and potential for impact.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Set the three-year vision and architecture direction for the region's lifecycle marketing products, measured by improvement in customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Own both the customer-facing marketing products and the underlying channel foundations, and decide what to deliver for each, and how quickly, when priorities compete.
  • Own a portfolio at mixed maturity: established products already in production and early-stage bets. Decide where to invest, sustain, or retire.
  • Bring technical depth in advertising platforms beyond Amazon and in marketing measurement, and use that judgment to guide what the team builds and how systems fit together.
  • Break marketing needs into modular capabilities and exercise judgment on build versus reuse.
  • Identify cross-system failure points between our systems and partner-owned systems, and hold a high quality bar end to end, not only for the components your team builds.
  • Act as the technical thought leader for the area, setting direction that other product managers extend through their own features.
  • Partner with engineering, science, and business leaders day to day, and represent the strategy to senior leadership on a regular cadence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
