Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you will be part of a high-performing professional services team focused on evaluating how the nCino product can best meet our European clients’ needs and working with the Implementation Consultant to oversee the application of a seven-step implementation process with nCino bank and credit union customers.

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic vision and adoption of nCino across financial institutions by engaging stakeholders at all levels. Foster strong relationships and ensure alignment with organizational goals for project success.
  • Take full ownership of the project/program timeline, proactively addressing risks and dependencies. Implement strategies to keep deliverables on track and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Leads cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient delivery of projects by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensuring continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Oversees large-scale implementations by managing multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment across teams, mitigating risks, and maintaining project timelines to deliver successful, integrated solutions on time and within budget
  • Manages stakeholder relationships by ensuring clear communication, expectations alignment, and regular updates; oversees resource allocation to optimize team performance and capacity; tracks budget and burn rates to ensure projects stay within financial constraints; and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and business value metrics (BVMs) to assess progress, drive decision-making, and ensure delivery of high-impact outcomes
  • Independently handle project escalations, maintaining momentum and customer satisfaction. Swiftly address challenges and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
  • Exhibit advanced skills in managing nCino project plans and tooling, including task management, resource coordination, and milestone achievement. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timely, budget-compliant deliverables.
  • Provide comprehensive project status updates and risk assessments to peers and senior management. Ensure transparent communication across all stakeholders, enhancing project visibility and confidence.
  • Seek knowledge, refine domain skills, and work collaboratively for team success. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, developing advanced technical skills.
  • Mentor new employees, interact with leaders across departments, and be sought out for opinions on significant matters. Lead by example, driving organizational excellence and contributing to the refinement of internal processes and tools within our teams.
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on whitespace within programs to drive revenue for nCino. This includes assessing additional resourcing needs, exploring cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, and negotiating higher rates based on the value provided by current resources.
  • Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance work efficiency and optimize business operations by automating routine tasks to improve accuracy, save time, and minimize errors.
  • Utilize AI-driven insights to refine decision-making, elevate customer experience, and boost team productivity while ensuring its application provides measurable value, driving innovation and smarter ways of working.
  • Stay informed on AI advancements to drive continuous learning and scalable growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to manage complex tasks with precision, leveraging strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicates effectively across all levels, translating complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
  • Successfully leads projects with minimal oversight, demonstrating initiative while appropriately escalating issues when needed.
  • Builds credibility and influence through transparent communication, collaborative engagement, and consistent follow-through.
  • Actively supports organizational change by identifying opportunities for improvement and constructively challenging existing processes.

Desired:

  • Salesforce experience
  • nCino experience (as an end user or nCino implementation)
  • PMP/PMI certification preferred
  • Position may require travel
  • Previous project management experience
  • Background in multiple lines of business in banking
  • Familiarity with agile software delivery practices and concepts

The Base Salary Range For This Job Is

£63,200 - £107,400 GBP
