Join the Strategy & Ecosystems group as a Project Manager, where you will lead the delivery of sophisticated software and engineering projects that help software developers on Arm succeed.

This is a great opportunity to collaborate with business, product, and technical teams across Arm. You will provide leadership in planning and execution, bring teams together to solve delivery challenges, and help build the transparency and coordination needed to deliver optimally.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Work with teams to build realistic plans and maintain clear visibility of delivery progress and confidence.
  • Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and changes through to conclusion.
  • Bring teams and collaborators together to resolve complex delivery challenges and help recover delivery when projects move off track.
  • Ensure effective project governance, audit readiness, and adherence to applicable Arm processes and ISO requirements.
  • Facilitate decisions and coordinate delivery across Engineering, Product Management, Business, Marketing, Legal, and other teams.
  • Support longer-term planning and roadmap development for your projects.
  • Help us continually improve our project management processes, practices, and use of automation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience leading sophisticated software, engineering, or technology projects, preferably using Agile or iterative development methods.
  • Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with engineering teams, peers, senior management, and Arm partners.
  • Ability to understand technical discussions and identify their impact on project plans, risks, and dependencies.
  • A positive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to take on new challenges in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed engineering teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
