We're looking for experienced Principal Recruitment Consultants to join our London office (Bishopsgate - hybrid 4:1), supporting one of our specialist brands:

  • Global Enterprise Partners - Technology, Data, AI, Cloud & Enterprise Transformation
  • Real Staffing Life Sciences - Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices & Healthcare
  • Huxley - Banking, Financial Services, FinTech & Technology

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with global organisations, high-growth scale-ups and market-leading businesses, connecting specialist talent with critical projects and strategic hiring initiatives across some of the most in-demand sectors worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow an established contract or permanent recruitment desk within your specialist market
  • Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client partnerships
  • Build and maintain a network of highly skilled professionals across Technology, Data & AI, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Banking or Financial Services
  • Deliver the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement and account management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing market insight and consultative solutions
  • Drive revenue growth while identifying new opportunities within enterprise and global accounts

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in recruitment, ideally within Technology, Data & AI, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Banking, Financial Services or other specialist professional markets
  • Strong 360 recruitment and business development experience
  • A commercially driven mindset with a passion for winning new business and growing client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and driven by career progression and uncapped earning potential
  • A consultative approach with the ability to build credibility in specialist markets
