Our client is an established international life sciences recruitment business with an outstanding reputation across Europe and beyond. As part of a long-term growth strategy, they're making a significant investment into Technology - and they're looking for the person who'll help lead it.
You'll join as the second hire within the Technology practice, working directly with senior leadership to build a specialist division focused on one of the fastest-growing recruitment markets in Europe.
If you've ever wanted the freedom to build something meaningful - without taking the risk of starting your own business - this is about as close as it gets.
The Role
You'll recruit AI, Machine Learning and broader technology professionals into Digital Health, HealthTech, MedTech and Life Sciences organisations across Europe. These are businesses investing heavily in technology to transform healthcare, backed by significant funding and hiring at pace.
Alongside this, you'll also work with investment-backed businesses and Sponsor Finance clients, giving you access to multiple high-value markets and a genuinely diverse client portfolio.

This is a quality-led desk with average fees of around £20,000, where long-term relationships matter far more than volume.

Who We're Looking For
We're interested in experienced 360 recruiters who enjoy building relationships, winning new business and developing specialist markets.
Your background is less important than your ability.
You'll ideally have:

- A successful track record running a 360 recruitment desk.
- Strong business development skills and confidence opening new accounts.
- A consultative approach with clients and candidates.
- The ambition to build something rather than simply maintain an existing desk.
- A commercial mindset and the drive to operate in a high-value market.
Previous experience recruiting within Technology, Software Engineering, AI, Data or Life Sciences would be beneficial, but it's by no means essential.
