And we aren't done yet
As well as the above benefits, we offer fantastic performance-related incentives and competitions. Upcoming prizes include a week-long trip to Paris, in a fantastic 3-bedroom cottage close to Disneyland Paris (flights included)!
Listening to our colleagues and letting everyone share their ideas is also extremely important. We offer a supportive and collaborative team culture and are always open-minded to new concepts and suggestions for the business, allowing everyone's creative juices to flow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
If you're someone who thrives on variety, ideas, and human connection, you'll fit right in.
What you'll bring to the party
Commercial? Industrial? Hospitality? Something entirely different? If you've got the recruitment chops, we're open-minded—and we mean that. You might be a seasoned consultant who gets a buzz from seeing others smash their goals, or a natural mentor who wants to shape consultants into absolute stars, or someone who loves running their own high-performing desk like a mini business. Either way, we'll back you in the direction you want to grow.
To be considered, we are ideally looking for the following recruitment experience:
- 3+ years of proven recruitment consultancy success,
- Deep market insight in your specialist areas,
- Real relationship-building power (clients trust you, candidates love you),
- Advanced talent sourcing skills,
- Sharp interviewing instincts and assessment know-how.
