Principal Recruitment Consultant | Medical Communications & Life Sciences | UK (Remote)
Oxygen 8 is a specialist recruitment partner to organisations across Medical Communications and the wider Life Sciences sector. We work with agencies, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, MedTech and healthcare businesses to appoint high-calibre talent across sales, marketing, client services and executive leadership. As the business continues to grow, we are seeking an accomplished Principal Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a specialist desk and play a key role in our next phase of development.

The Role
- Owning and developing a specialist desk across MedComms, Pharma, Biotech or MedTech
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement
- Delivering senior and confidential search assignments
- Building strategic client partnerships and advising stakeholders on talent and market trends
- Contributing to the development of the wider team through mentoring and knowledge-sharing
The Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years' experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally within Medical Communications, Life Sciences or a related specialist market
- A consistent billing record and an established professional network
- A consultative approach and the credibility to engage effectively with senior decision-makers and candidates
