We’re looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to drive and grow our Accountancy & Finance function.
You’ll be joining a business that likes to do things a little differently. We’ll give you the tools, support, marketing and technology to build your profile, grow your desk and become a big name in your market.
And the best bit? You won’t be starting from zero.
With strong relationships across our Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics and Engineering divisions, there are plenty of opportunities to collaborate, cross-sell and open doors — giving you a great platform to build your own successful Finance desk.
💥 Who are we looking for?
Ideally, I’m looking for someone who has experience recruiting into Finance functions and understands the market.
That said, Finance recruitment experience isn’t essential.
I’m very open to speaking with recruiters who have a strong track record in permanent recruitment, know how to build and manage a successful desk, can work within structure and process, and — most importantly — are genuinely passionate about delivering an exceptional service to clients and candidates. 🤝
