GTM Principal Consultant | Venture Capital

We’re looking for an ambitious GTM Principal Consultant to join our team and build a specialist recruitment business within the venture capital.
This is a genuine 360 recruitment role - you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and winning new clients through to delivering senior GTM searches and building long-term relationships with founders, investors, and executives.
You won’t just be filling vacancies. You’ll be building a market.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and develop relationships with VC funds, founders, portfolio companies, and senior executives
- Identify and win new business across the venture-backed technology ecosystem
- Develop relationships with VC funds and create recruitment opportunities across their portfolio
- Own end-to-end searches across Sales, Marketing, Growth, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Partnerships
- Build a high-quality network of senior GTM talent across the market
- Advise founders and leadership teams on talent strategy, market mapping, and hiring
- Develop a deep understanding of how GTM organizations evolve from Seed through to Series B, Series C, and beyond
- Build your own reputation and network within the VC and technology ecosystem
- Generate repeat business, referrals, and long-term strategic client relationships

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment environment
- A strong track record of winning new business
- Experience recruiting within technology, SaaS, or high-growth businesses
- An understanding of GTM functions and senior commercial talent
- Confidence engaging with founders, investors, and C-suite executives
- A commercially entrepreneurial mindset
- The ability to build relationships rather than simply transact
- The ambition to build and own a specialist market
