Are you an experienced recruiter looking for your next challenge?
Ideally, you'll come from education recruitment, but if you've built a successful desk within a fast-paced temporary recruitment environment (Industrial, Driving, Commercial, Healthcare or similar), we'd love to hear from you too.
As one of our fantastic consultants heads off on their travels, an exciting opportunity has become available to take over a warm SEND desk with existing revenue, established client relationships, and huge potential for further growth. This is a fantastic platform for someone who wants to hit the ground running while putting their own stamp on the desk.

The Role
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of the warm SEND desk, managing the full 360 recruitment process while continuing to grow an already established market.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing and developing existing school partnerships.
- Building relationships with new schools across the region.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing education professionals.
- Growing revenue and developing your own market.
- Delivering an exceptional service to both schools and candidates.
