TYG is looking for experienced recruiters to join our growing London team, offering commission up to 50%, high-value US markets, and genuine ownership over your desk.
We partner exclusively with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction businesses across the USA, giving our consultants access to established markets with significant opportunity to build.
The Opportunity
We're looking for experienced recruiters who want the freedom to drive their own desk forward. You'll have the autonomy to develop your market, build your own client relationships, and take ownership of your recruitment processes from start to finish.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of billing, developing business, and managing client relationships.

You'll ideally be confident in:
- Developing new business
- Building long-term client relationships
- Headhunting and representing strong candidates
- Managing recruitment processes
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Taking ownership of your own revenue
