This is an opportunity to join one of our long-standing markets, with established client relationships, a strong reputation across the US, and an average deal size of around $30,000.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who wants the autonomy to own their market, develop their own client relationships, and build a highly profitable desk, with the earning potential to match.
The Opportunity
Our Construction team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced consultant who can come in and make an impact from day one.
- You will have ownership of your deals from start to finish, with no split-fee model.
- You will be responsible for developing your own client base, managing senior-level relationships, and building your presence within an established US construction market.
There is plenty of scope to grow your desk further, develop new areas of the market, and play a key role in the continued growth of the team.
Why TYG?
For an experienced recruiter, we know the opportunity needs to stack up commercially. At Principal level, we offer:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
