We’re hiring experienced Principal Recruitment Consultants to join our London team.
We’re a market-leading recruitment company in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction space, partnering with clients across the USA. These will be high-impact hires and a chance to be part of the core group shaping what TYG becomes next.

We’re looking for
- Significant experience as a recruiter within the AEC space (or a closely related vertical)
- A strong track record of billing and client development
- Someone who enjoys building, not just billing
- Commercial, self-directed, and comfortable with full ownership
- A natural mentor who leads by example
- Ambition to step into formal leadership as the business scales
