Principal Revenue Operations Business Analyst

PE Backed Fintech Hybrid - London
Reports to CFO

A high‑impact role at the heart of commercial decision‑making — owning the company’s contract, pricing and revenue control environment.

We’re hiring a Principal Revenue Operations Business Analyst for a PE backed Fintech to act as the critical gatekeeper between commercial activity and financial integrity. You’ll lead the end‑to‑end review of contracts, pricing proposals and deal structures, ensuring every commitment is accurate, compliant and aligned with IFRS 15 before signature. You’ll also drive pipeline accuracy, forecasting quality and commercial insights that improve win rates and protect margin.

Working closely with Sales, Legal, Finance and senior leadership, you’ll build a fully digital, exception‑based operating model and continuously strengthen governance, workflows and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on rigour, influence and operational excellence in a fast‑growth environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
