Job Title: Principal Safety Case Engineer
Location: Warrington, Leicester, Bristol, Newbury + Hybrid Working
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits
We're looking for a permanent Principal Safety Case Engineer to join our growing team, helping deliver key nuclear safety projects across the UK. You'll play a leading role in developing safety case strategies and guiding project teams through design, construction, and operation phases.
Locations include Bristol, Warrington, Leicester, or Newbury, with hybrid and flexible working available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of hazard management strategies and support HAZID/HAZOP studies
- Write and review radiological safety assessments and safety case reports
- Produce and review technical documentation and calculations
- Oversee supplier delivery, manage cost and progress, and mitigate risk
- Mentor and support other safety case engineers and promote best practice

What You'll Need:
- Degree in engineering (or equivalent)
- Chartered Engineer (or working towards)
- Broad experience in safety case development across multiple project types
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience mentoring or leading technical teams
Security Clearance:
- Must be eligible for SC (Security Check) clearance.
