The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-impact new logo hunter to drive net-new business across the UK and selected EMEA markets. This role is focused on building pipeline from scratch, creating demand, and winning new clients. You’ll operate at C-suite level, leading complex, consultative sales engagements and shaping compelling value-led propositions across the Unisys portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Own new logo acquisition – identify, target and win large, complex accounts
- Build and convert pipeline through proactive outreach, market insight and strategic prospecting
- Lead consultative sales engagements, aligning client challenges to Unisys solutions
- Create and shape opportunities across multiple service lines and business units
- Engage senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CFO, business leaders) to influence decision-making
- Develop strong value propositions tied to business outcomes and ROI
- Collaborate across matrixed teams to bring the right expertise and solutions to each deal
- Drive cross-sell opportunities across industries and portfolios
- Represent Unisys in the market through events, networking and thought leadership

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Consistent creation of high-quality, qualified pipeline
- Strong new logo wins and revenue growth
- Trusted advisor status with senior client stakeholders
- Effective orchestration of internal teams to win and deliver
What You Bring
- Proven new business hunter with a strong track record of landing net-new logos
- Must have a demonstrated track record selling managed services, Digital Workplace Solutions, and Cloud & Infrastructure services
- Strong experience selling complex, tech-enabled solutions into enterprise clients
- Consistent overachievement against sales targets
- Advanced consultative selling skills and commercial acumen
- Ability to build credibility and trust at C-suite level
- Highly driven, self-starting, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
