Role Description

Principal Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days working from onsite - Mandatory)

Client Business Area: Asset Management Platform

Immediate start

Permanent/ Contract inside IR35/ Fixed term contract

Applicants legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom without the need for visa sponsorship preferred

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in technology delivery within Financial Services. This role will partner with senior stakeholders to drive business transformation, shape innovative client technology solutions, and support strategic initiatives across client engagement platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Leads and senior business stakeholders across multiple business domains.
  • Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design for complex technology initiatives.
  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable outcomes and delivery roadmaps.
  • Drive proof-of-concept and proof-of-value initiatives to support business cases and investment decisions.
  • Support Salesforce and data integration programmes, enabling seamless customer journeys and enhanced business insight.
  • Identify and leverage AI-enabled opportunities to improve productivity, decision-making, and client engagement.
  • Produce high-quality business requirements, process models, gap analyses, and functional specifications.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive Business Analysis experience within large Financial Services organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process modelling, and technical documentation.
  • Salesforce experience with Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience supporting business, technology, data, and operating model transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency with process mapping and technical diagramming tools.
  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones.

  • Salesforce Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, or related certifications.
  • Experience within Asset Management, Wealth Management, or broader Financial Services.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled solutions and customer engagement platforms.
