The role ⚡
As a Consultant Principal Salesforce Engineer, you'll:
- Work on discovery with Salesforce teams at Funding Circle to identify challenges within the existing Salesforce Org and SDLC
- Develop an understanding of the technical roadmap for Salesforce and help to shape it
- Advise on existing Salesforce integration patterns and Salesforce SDLC, providing suggestions of how they could be improved
- Identify and implement opportunities to invest in Agentic AI and utilise Agentforce to deliver transformational change
- Examine some of the larger architectural challenges and advise on approaches to solve them iteratively

What we’re looking for 🌱
- Several years experience as a Salesforce Developer with Sales and Service Cloud including both Apex and LWCs. Preferably with Salesforce Certification
- Experience refactoring/redesigning legacy Salesforce orgs in an iterative way
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, preferably AWS
- A good understanding of Software Architecture and patterns and an understanding of how to apply that knowledge to Salesforce. Experience of Event Driven architectures would be a bonus
- Experience with Salesforce systems that are heavily integrated to other systems in real-time
- An understanding of development tooling including CI/CD, Git, and approaches to packaging
Please note this is a contract role, outside IR35, requiring an immediate or short notice start.
