Principal Scientist - Bioanalytical

Overview
Join our expanding pharmaceutical services as a Principal Scientist in bioanalysis. Leverage your expertise to support operational teams, provide client guidance, and drive technical and commercial success. This role offers autonomy, influence, and recognition for your contributions to the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical authority in LC-MS/MS bioanalysis, ensuring method development and validation excellence.
- Support client interactions, including technical scoping, feasibility assessments, and proposal development.
- Solve complex scientific challenges in pharmaceutical bioanalysis, aligning strategies with business goals.
- Drive technical best practices and provide expert guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Strong technical background with pharmaceutical or CRO/CDMO industry experience.
- Expertise in LC-MS/MS bioanalysis, pharmacokinetics, and ICH M10 Method Validation across various product types.
- Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of GxP standards, quality systems, and regulated laboratory environments.
