About the Role
In this role, you'll:

Key Requirements
To succeed, you should bring:
- A strong background in bioanalysis
- Hands-on experience leading ligand-binding assay development, validation, and application for PK, biomarker, and immunogenicity studies
- A degree in pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, chemistry, or biological sciences
- Proven expertise within a GxP-regulated CRO environment
- Expertise in global regulatory guidance and industry best practices for immunoassay validation
A track record of scientific leadership, mentoring, and collaborative problem-solving will set you apart.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with creating new service lines or scientific IP
- Additional experience in cross-departmental collaboration
- Knowledge of bioanalytical platform selection aligned with sponsor and regulatory needs
