Principal Security Architect - Security Architecture applications and documents
Up to £800 per day (Inside IR35 - Umbrella)
London / Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)
My client is a global financial services organisation that requires a Principal Security Architect with proven experience in defining, governing, and assuring secure architecture for applications undergoing transformation.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience conducting security architecture reviews, assurance and governance activities.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, particularly Azure, and application migration/transformation programmes.
- Experience identifying security risks, recommending remediation, and assessing compliance against security frameworks and enterprise standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and advise architects, engineers, and senior leaders.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and enterprise architecture practices.
- Ability to produce clear security assessments, recommendations, and governance reporting.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and managing multiple concurrent reviews.
