The Opportunity
You’ll be instrumental in helping clients identify, prioritise, and realise growth opportunities, combining strategic thinking with practical execution planning. This supports the continued delivery of high-quality work for our clients, and accelerated growth through commercial effectiveness.
- This isn’t a ‘deck and disappear’ role, you’ll utilise deep knowledge of the digital and eCommerce landscape to connect the dots between business objectives, technology, creativity, and customer experience.
- Naturally you’re a great problem solver, confident communicator, and trusted advisor to colleagues, clients and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading growth strategies for eCommerce and digitally enabled businesses.
- Facilitating workshops, executive discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
- Developing integrated solutions with multi-functional teams.
- Contributing to new business pitches and expanding existing client relationships.
- Acting as a point of contact with Adobe's Success team to shape our AEP roadmap.
- Mentoring junior strategists, raising the bar across the team.
- Drive marketing and thought leadership as a vocal, credible advocate for The Pixel.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Essential
- Highly experienced in digital strategy, growth strategy, or eCommerce consulting.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, retention, customer lifetime value, and digital commerce ecosystems.
- Adobe certifications (or the drive to achieve them quickly - AEP, AEM desirable).
- Extensive understanding of GA4 and digital analytics.
- Commercial acumen, track record of turning complex problems into clear, actionable plans.
- Confident presenting to, and challenging, senior stakeholders.
- Priority management skills within a fast-paced environment.
- Great collaboration skills, working as a team.

Desirable
- Experienced in Adobe Target, Adobe CDP.
- Experience in Project management and Agile methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to configure and deploy changes within Google Tag Manager.
- Change management, adopting new tools or processes.
