Principal ServiceNow CSM & FSM Specialist
I'm working with a leading ServiceNow specialist consultancy that is looking to bring a genuine CSM & FSM expert into their team.
This isn't a role for someone who has simply had some exposure to CSM or FSM.
They're looking for someone who really knows these products — someone who can act as a subject-matter expert, advise customers, understand complex requirements and help shape the right ServiceNow solutions.
The opportunity:
They're looking for a Principal-level ServiceNow CSM & FSM Specialist who can combine strong technical knowledge with customer-facing consulting and advisory skills.
You'll be working with enterprise customers on complex ServiceNow environments, helping them get more from Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The role will suit someone who enjoys being the person people turn to when it comes to CSM/FSM — rather than someone looking to simply deliver another implementation.
What they're looking for:
- Deep ServiceNow CSM expertise
- Strong FSM knowledge and experience
- Principal / Senior-level ServiceNow experience
- Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- Ability to advise customers and translate business requirements into solutions
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working on complex ServiceNow programmes
- International experience would be advantageous

Why consider it?
You'll be joining a highly specialist ServiceNow organisation rather than a generalist consultancy, with the opportunity to work alongside some seriously experienced ServiceNow professionals.
There's also the opportunity to have a genuine influence on the CSM & FSM practice, work with international customers and operate at a Principal level.
If you're a genuine CSM & FSM specialist and this sounds like the sort of challenge you'd be interested in, I'd be keen to speak with you.
