Principal Signal Integrity Engineer
Principal Signal Integrity Engineer required for a company developing high-speed communication and data compute technologies. This Principal Signal Integrity Engineer role will focus on high-speed interface design and system-level performance optimisation. The Principal Signal Integrity Engineer will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams on complex hardware platforms.

- Lead signal integrity design and analysis for high-speed digital systems
- Perform simulation and modelling of high-speed interfaces and interconnects
- Define PCB stack-ups, routing constraints, and impedance control strategies
- Support board-level design, validation, and debugging activities
- Work with hardware, packaging, and silicon teams to optimise system performance
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
- Strong experience in signal integrity for high-speed systems
- Experience with simulation tools (e.g. HyperLynx, ADS, HFSS, Sigrity)
- Knowledge of high-speed PCB design, DDR, SerDes, or similar interfaces
- Ability to work across system, board, and component-level challenges
