The Role
- Lead the design and development of complex software systems
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Principal Software Engineer or similar leadership role
- Strong background in full-stack software development
- Ability to travel to London for client work approximately once a month
- Resided in the UK for the past 5 years and eligible for UK SC Security Clearance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
