Principal Software Engineer
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in their London office.
This opportunity doesn't provide sponsorship.
La Fosse are partnering with a market leading FinTech, known in the industry for their straightforward credit products & tools, designed to support customers who may be overlooked by traditional lenders.
They are in the market for an excellent Principal Software Engineer to join the core software engineering team.

The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with a proven track record across software development, architecture & design and team leadership.
This is a high-performing, collaborative team, that will provide key responsibilities such as defining and communicating technical requirements, leading engineering projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:
- .NET
- AWS
- Experience utilising AI tooling & emerging technology.
- The ability to work and deliver quality at pace.
- Bachelors or Masters degree.
Compensation:
This role is offering a salary up-to £130,000 + extended benefits package.
