Principal Software Engineer: 6 Month Contract - West Midlands/Hybrid

Day Rate: Market Rates (Outside IR35)
Location: West Midlands/Hybrid

We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer who is passionate about crafting exceptional software solutions. This is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic team that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across the development function.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver robust software products.
  • Innovate: Drive innovation through research and exploration of new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the software development process.
  • Code Quality: Uphold and promote best practices in coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologies to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges, providing solutions that align with business objectives and improve user experience.
