The Role
- Lead the design and development of complex software systems
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
- Drive best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and deployment
- Participate in architectural discussions and strategic technical planning
- Provide technical expertise across various projects and domains

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Principal Software Engineer or in a similar senior leadership role
- Strong background in various programming languages and software development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges
- Ability to travel to London occasionally for client work (expenses paid)
- UK National with 5+ years of UK residency, eligible for UK SC Security Clearance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
