The Role

  • Lead the design and development of complex software systems
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions

  • Participate in architectural discussions and strategic technical planning

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience as a Principal Software Engineer or in a similar senior leadership role
  • Strong background in various programming languages and software development methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges
  • Ability to travel to London occasionally for client work (expenses paid)
  • UK National with 5+ years of UK residency, eligible for UK SC Security Clearance
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
