About Eightfold

Eightfold is a global leader in an AI-native enterprise talent platform, trusted by the world’s largest & most respected Fortune 500 organisations. Our platform is built from the ground up, operating at scale across Azure and AWS, deployed in multiple regions globally, including IL4-compliant environments for the US Government, supporting users in 100+ countries and 40+ languages. Today, Eightfold is at the forefront of agentic AI, delivering intelligent agents that actively drive outcomes across hiring and talent workflows, while much of the industry is still experimenting with prototypes. Backed by over $410M in funding and valued at $2B+, we are defining the next era of agentic talent systems.

What sets Eightfold apart is not just the technology & our mission, but the team behind it. We are a deeply technical, execution-driven organisation that values ownership, collaboration, and high standards. Our engineers, product leaders, and go-to-market teams work closely together — in person and across functions — to build systems that scale in the real world. If you’re excited to work on hard problems, move with urgency, raise the bar every day, and help build agentic systems that transform how the world works, Eightfold is the place to do it.

About The Team

The Solutions Consulting team at Eightfold delivers spectacular interactions and experiences with our prospects, customers, and partners. In a fast-paced environment, we focus on continuous learning, outstanding performance, and results. We work with companies and organisations across the globe in a variety of industries. We have a very close relationship with our Engineering and Product teams and are encouraged to build long-term relationships within our network of customers. We will consider applicants with HR/TA practitioner experience if they are willing to move into a career in Solutions Consulting.

About The Role

What you will do:

  • Partner with Sales leadership and Account Executives to shape overall account and territory strategy, not just support individual deals — setting the technical and business case narrative for the most strategic, highest-value opportunities
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to C-suite and senior executive stakeholders, connecting our solutions to their long-term business transformation and workforce strategy, not just immediate pain points
  • Design and lead executive-level workshops and strategic advisory sessions that shape how prospects and customers rethink their talent/business processes at an organisational level
  • Own technical and functional strategy across the most complex, highest-stakes deals — setting the playbook other Solutions Consultants follow, and stepping in to unblock deal execution at the executive level
  • Serve as a senior voice into product strategy — representing patterns across our top-tier customers and prospects to product leadership, and directly shaping roadmap priorities and go-to-market positioning
  • Architect multi-phase, enterprise-wide solution strategies for our largest and most strategic customers, spanning multiple business units or geographies
  • Own strategic, executive-level relationships across the full customer lifecycle — from pre-sales through expansion and renewal — acting as a long-term trusted partner rather than a point-in-time resource
  • Serve as an external thought leader on the future of talent strategy and technology, communicating vision directly to business and industry leaders
  • Represent the company as a keynote speaker, panelist, and subject-matter expert at premier industry events, and mentor/coach other Solutions Consultants to raise the bar across the team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
