Principal Analyst, Customer Service is the liaison between the customer and operations. Customer Service is the voice of the customer to shop operations and the voice of shop operations to the customer.
Both internal and external interaction and communication must be performed in a timely and professional manner to ensure exceptional performance, contractual compliance, and customer satisfaction.
The role plays a key part in supporting aftermarket repairs within the Service and Specialty Products (S&SP).

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent MRO as main POC for internal and external customers
- Collect and report MRO status, risks to manager
- Manage tasks and queues in a timely manner
- Ensure all customer requirements are identified and communicated
- Obtain additional information from the customer when needed
- Manage orders to proactively mitigate TAT (Turn Around Time)
- Perform timely hold management
- Provide additional support as requested
- Participate in customers meetings: in person or remote
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience working within a fast-paced aerospace or manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of MRP (E1) systems and repair documentation processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Strong understanding of repair, customers service support processes within a MRO environment.
- Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues using sound judgment and prior experience, established escalation path within organization
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Aerospace industry experience is desirable
- Strong customer-focused mindset
- High attention to detail in documentation preparation: quotes, reports.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to operate effectively both autonomously and within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills enabling collaboration with peers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to make timely and effective decisions within a dynamic MRO environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
- Strong problem-solving capability within Aerospace MRO environment.
