About You
As a Principal Strategy & Digital Transformation Consultant, you help executive leadership teams define and deliver enterprise-wide transformation that drives measurable business value. You combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution, enabling organisations to accelerate digital transformation across business, technology, operations, people, and AI-enabled change.
As a Result, You Will Be Able To
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation strategies from vision through execution across complex organisations.
- Advise C-suite executives and senior leadership on business strategy, digital operating models, AI adoption, organisational transformation, and technology-enabled change.
- Assess organisational capabilities and identify opportunities to improve performance through AI, automation, process optimisation, operating model redesign, and technology modernisation.
- Develop transformation roadmaps that balance strategic growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and measurable cost reduction.
- Lead strategic initiatives that leverage Generative AI, intelligent automation, data, and digital technologies to improve productivity, simplify operations, and unlock new business value.
- Shape and lead transformation programmes spanning business model innovation, product strategy, technology modernisation, operating model design, organisational change, and AI-enabled business transformation.
- Drive executive decision-making through strategic analysis, business cases, investment prioritisation, value realisation frameworks, and transformation governance.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, influencing direction and aligning diverse groups around a common transformation vision.
- Apply a strong commercial mindset by identifying opportunities for sustainable cost takeout, operational efficiencies, and productivity improvements while maintaining focus on customer and employee outcomes.
- Identify new opportunities within client accounts, supporting growth through strategic advisory engagements, Statements of Work, commercial proposals, and long-term account development.

To do that, it's essential you bring:
- Extensive consulting experience leading complex digital, business, AI, and organisational transformation programmes across multiple industries.
- Deep expertise in enterprise strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, organisational change, AI adoption, and technology-enabled business transformation.
- Experience identifying and delivering cost optimisation, productivity improvements, and operational efficiencies through technology, automation, AI, and process redesign.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing business cases, investment strategies, transformation portfolios, benefits realisation plans, and measurable value outcomes.
- A strong understanding of emerging AI capabilities—including Generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, and analytics—and their practical application within enterprise transformation.
- Exceptional executive stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Board, C-suite, and senior leadership teams.
- Experience balancing strategic vision with practical delivery, ensuring transformation programmes achieve sustainable business outcomes and measurable return on investment.
- A collaborative leadership style that inspires confidence, builds alignment, and enables high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex challenges into clear strategic recommendations.
- The confidence to challenge existing thinking constructively while helping organisations navigate complexity, disruption, and change.
