Principal Systems Administrator

As a key member of the team, you'll deliver advanced technical leadership, administer complex systems, and collaborate with top vendors to maintain and enhance infrastructure. Your expertise will help ensure seamless operations across a variety of platforms, from VMware and Citrix to cloud services and enterprise databases. If you thrive in dynamic environments and possess a strong problem-solving mindset, we want to hear from you.

Required Skills:

  • Substantial experience supporting VMware vSphere 8.0+, Fiber Channel Storage Technologies (Dell, NetApp), and Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
  • Proven ability to administer and troubleshoot Microsoft OS 2019/2022, Exchange, and Office 365
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server (MS SQL 2019) and database management
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and automation tools like Ansible
  • Expertise in Active Directory Federated trusts and network protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, MPLS
  • Security clearance: Sole UK National capable of obtaining and maintaining SC clearance
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex projects and provide strategic recommendations
  • Experience working within ISO20000 & ISO27001 standards

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Extensive professional experience in enterprise system administration and support

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally to EMEA or US offices
  • Ability to work flexibly, including participating in 24/7 on-call rotations
