Principal Talent Acquisition Partner
Who is Parser?
Technology alone does not create impact—the right teams do. Founded in 2018, Parser is a global technology consultancy helping organisations solve complex business challenges through digital transformation, product development, and AI enablement.
We are a fast-growing team of 340+ engineers and consultants across Europe (UK, Spain, Portugal), the Americas (US, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia), and the Middle East. We combine global reach with a mindset focused on agility, senior expertise, and close collaboration.
As we continue to grow, attracting exceptional talent is critical to our success.
We're looking for an experienced Principal Talent Acquisition Partner who can combine hands-on recruitment expertise with strong market knowledge and strategic stakeholder partnership to help shape how we attract and hire talent.
Why Join Us?
If you're looking for a role where you can think beyond recruitment delivery, take true ownership of hiring outcomes, influence talent decisions, and operate as a trusted partner to the business, we'd love to meet you.
You'll join a fast-growing, global technology organisation working across software engineering, AI, data, and digital transformation. This is an opportunity to bring your expertise and knowledge of the technology talent market to a global environment, partnering with senior leaders and specialist teams to shape hiring strategies and directly support Parser's continued growth.
How will you impact?
As our Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Parser by bringing exceptional talent into the business. You'll partner with Hiring Managers and senior leaders to understand business needs, shape effective hiring strategies, and provide expert advice on the external talent market. Combining strategic partnership with hands-on delivery, you'll own the recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to successful hire.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
