We do this through an API-first approach that streamlines access to our market-leading Categorisation, Decisioning, and Analytics engines, together with Payments Initiation. In doing so we deliver actionable insights with reduced transaction costs, accelerated settlements, and a safer, more convenient customer experience.

We’re a regulated entity offering AISP, PISP, and CISP services, trusted by leading banks, insurers, asset and wealth managers, pension companies, financial advisors, and fintechs to enhance financial outcomes for their clients.

This specific role you will be employed via our exclusive embedded talent acquisition partner Revoco. We have an established relationship with Revoco spanning over 4 years. We are looking to further this relationship with this next hire. You will be fully embedded into our central operations team and will report into the Moneyhub CFO however you employer will be Revoco LTD and you will benefit from the working closely with their CEO and other senior stakeholders.

What do we offer?

We have offices in London and Bristol together with access to co-working space. We offer the opportunity to work remotely (role, business and client dependent) with support for your home office set-up if required. We have regular all company away days and other company, client and team meetings, your attendance at which will be mandatory.

For this role you will be expected to work in the Revoco office 2 days per week with occasional work in the Moneyhub offices in London and Bristol

What you'll do

70% | Full Lifecycle Talent Acquisition

  • Own recruitment from sourcing through to offer across Engineering, Data, Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
  • Manage multiple hiring pipelines independently.
  • Build strong direct talent pipelines and reduce agency reliance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies.

10% | Employer Brand, EVP & Candidate Experience

  • Develop and evolve our EVP and employer brand.
  • Improve candidate touchpoints and the overall recruitment experience.
  • Help modernise our careers site and recruitment messaging.

10% | Systems, ATS & Process Optimisation

  • Review and optimise our recruitment technology and processes.
  • Audit our current ATS and benchmark relevant market alternatives.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and improved efficiency.
  • Embed AI and new technology where it adds value.

10% | Talent Analytics & C Suite Advisory

  • Build meaningful Talent Acquisition reporting and dashboards.
  • Use data and market insight to inform hiring decisions.
  • Advise the CFO and leadership team on recruitment strategy and performance.

Your first 9 months

3 Months

  • Own all recruitment activity with minimal agency reliance.
  • Complete an ATS and recruitment technology audit.
  • Establish baseline metrics including time to fill, cost per hire and source mix.
  • Review the candidate journey, EVP and careers site.

6 Months

  • Present recommendations on our ATS and recruitment technology.
  • Launch improvements to our EVP and careers site.
  • Establish regular Talent Acquisition reporting for leadership.
  • Improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

9 Months

  • Demonstrate improvements in hiring speed, quality and cost.
  • Establish scalable talent pipelines across the business.
  • Review the impact of our recruitment technology and EVP improvements.
  • Embed further AI and automation across recruitment workflows.

Requirements

  • Senior Talent Acquisition or Talent Partner experience.
  • Recruitment background in SaaS, technology or a scale up environment.
  • Strong understanding of Engineering, Data, Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations and proven background of hiring a range of different skill profiles.
  • Experience partnering with C Suite and senior leadership
  • Strong data, reporting and market insight skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technology.
  • Demonstrable use of AI and automation in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities.
  • Based within commuting distance of Bristol
