Essential Functions
- Leads Installations: Oversees installations of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions.
- Senior Team Member: Acts as a senior member within the team supporting clients with managing initial access, map, and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoots complex client issues as they arise.
- Integrations and Code:
- Capable of applying abstract reuse patterns to integrations and code both on platform and elsewhere using one or more nCino supported languages.
- Ability to manipulate how Salesforce leverages, utilizes, and generates nCino supported languages.
- Technical Assistance:
- Provides technical assistance and leadership for medium to large financial institutions and Implementation Service Consultants when building integrations into the nCino/Force.com platform using the nCino Integration Framework.
- Begins to co-lead integrations from third-party systems into the nCino platform using any number of technical solutions based on the desired and proper approach for each unique project.
- Documentation:
- Documents process and procedure to help streamline integration methodology.
- Builds and documents testing requirements for unique projects.
- Solution Development:
- Provides solution and integration development with Salesforce.com including requirements, functional specs, design, custom development, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Vendor API and Interface Specifications: Evaluates vendor API and interface specifications.
- Project Management: Handles multiple projects effectively while continuing to deliver exceptional quality.
- Independence and Prioritization: Works independently and prioritizes time and projects appropriately.
- Customer Success:
- Translates customer requirements into implementation plans.
- Drives customer success with a team player attitude.
- Designs a Salesforce solution that meets the needs of the customer.
- Billing: Effectively tracks time and bills for hours worked on customer projects.
- Sales Support: Assists sales and sales engineering on technical prospect calls when required.
- AI/ML Capabilities:
- Leverages AI/ML capabilities to enhance integration frameworks, solution design, system automation, and operational efficiency.
- Supports the responsible use of AI-driven approaches in cloud-based solutions, DevOps practices, and Salesforce architecture to drive customer success and innovation.
- Staying Informed: Stays informed on emerging AI technologies and assists the team in identifying opportunities for scalable and secure AI integration.

Requirements
- Experience:
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience/ proficiency with a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s / Advanced degree; or equivalent work experience (as applicable).
- Design and Architecture:
- Ability to design, build, articulate, and defend architectural designs, primarily around integrations, but including some basic UI components and designs.
- Ability to support a dev ops process and build solutions with various software development practices.
- Engineering Principles:
- Able to apply engineering principles to code, flow, and integration patterns including on and off platform tools.
- Documentation:
- Ability to document more complex solutions and customer facing documentation for work performed.
- Certifications and Skills:
- Salesforce Dev401 certification.
- Strong research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of data management, SQL, and RDBMS technologies.
- Experience using ETL/integration platforms.
- Financial Services experience.
- Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services.
- Exposure to Salesforce.com configuration and custom development.
- Excellent understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns, as well as prior work with object-oriented languages.
Desired
- Large FI Experience:
- Large FI experience, particularly with the Loan Origination/Servicing Systems, Enterprise Architecture framework.
- Informatica Experience:
- Informatica experience.
- Additional Skills:
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, XML, JavaScript.
- Salesforce System Architect.
- Object-oriented languages such as Java, Ruby, C#, C++.
- ETL/integration platforms such as Cast Iron, Informatica, SnapLogic, etc.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong customer and professional skills.

Compensation
The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.
The Base Salary Range For This Job Is
£71,100.00 - £120,900.00
