Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive integrated program plans across teams and vendors, including technical requirements, sequencing, resourcing, milestones, and cutover/rollout planning to enable on-time delivery and seamless integration with existing platforms.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and business leadership to define scope, value case, and success metrics; identify opportunities to improve processes, digitalize workflows, and increase operational efficiency, and lead change and adoption at scale, sponsoring and executing change management strategies that build stakeholder alignment, accelerate adoption, and ensure sustained benefits realization.
  • Proactively manage risk, controls, and delivery health, identifying program-level risks and dependencies early, driving mitigation plans, and ensuring appropriate escalation and decision-making.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights, using data visualization and concise narratives to communicate progress, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and organizational alignment through executive workshops, communications, training approaches, and decision forums that enable clarity and momentum.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, coaching program leaders and delivery partners, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, translating best practices into pragmatic transformation approaches suited to the firm’s environment.
  • Defines and enforces enterprise guardrails for AI-assisted and agentic workflows used in program governance and delivery routines, including control boundaries, traceability/auditability, and review/approval expectations aligned to resiliency and security standards.
  • Drive experimentation and continuous learning, establishing lightweight pilots and feedback loops to evaluate agentic tools/agents, measure impact, and scale what works in partnership with engineering, architecture, product, and control stakeholders.
  • Sets enterprise strategy for reuse-first adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting, with human-in-the-loop validation and appropriate handling of sensitive data. Maintain current awareness of emerging agentic tools/agents and patterns, translating new capabilities into practical, governed use cases across Employee Platforms (e.g., delivery automation, portfolio insights, risk identification, and stakeholder communications).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
