Principal Delivery Lead

Birmingham/London - Hybrid

We are a leading PE-backed tech and digital transformation business specialising in application engineering and support, cloud, data and AI and security. We differentiate in our ability to solve legacy systems challenges, helping organisations transition to more agile and efficient solutions. Our mission is to empower businesses through innovative technology that drives growth and enhances operational efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced Principal Delivery Lead to join our team and ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

Each TXP engagement is delivered with a strong backbone of solution and project governance; and where appropriate we deliver via standardised “as a service” offerings.

We believe that outcome-focused delivery governance is critical to delivering value to our clients. Our engagements are typically delivered following an Agile approach blended with key project management practices to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the expected quality.

Role Overview

The Principal Delivery Lead is a senior leadership role accountable for the successful delivery, commercial performance, and strategic growth of a portfolio of client engagements. The role combines executive-level client relationship management, delivery leadership, business development, and people leadership to ensure exceptional client outcomes and sustained business growth.

As a trusted advisor, the Principal Delivery Lead operates at Board, Executive, and CXO level, helping clients deliver complex business and technology transformation whilst embedding delivery excellence across the organisation.

This hybrid role will involve some regular travel to meet with clients and to our Birmingham or London offices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
