We're partnering with one of the world's leading financial markets and data organisations on the appointment of a Principal Finance Architect.

This is not a traditional Finance Architect role. This is a rare opportunity to become the architectural leader across a complex global Finance landscape spanning Finance, Billing, ERP, CRM, Customer Data, Compliance and Risk, with a clear succession path into a senior architecture leadership position.

You'll join a business undertaking major transformation initiatives across finance systems, billing platforms, customer ecosystems and enterprise data architecture.

What You'll Do

  • Own and shape Finance architecture across a complex enterprise estate
  • Define target-state architectures, operating models and transformation roadmaps
  • Lead solution design across Finance, Billing, ERP, CRM and data platforms
  • Drive integration, data and reporting architecture
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Compliance, Risk and Technology
  • Mentor teams while influencing strategic technology decisions
  • Play a key role in the future leadership of the Architecture function

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
