Role Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven Technology Portfolio Manager (VP) to support the Global Chief of Staff and business management for the RPE organization.
This is a high-visibility leadership role interfacing with a 1,300-person organization globally, acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership and a central connector between India and global teams. The role spans strategy creation and execution, workforce management, financial oversight, communications, and business operations.
The Technology Portfolio Manager will regularly interface with global divisional heads and senior stakeholders, manage highly confidential information, and drive alignment on budgets, headcount, and priorities.
In addition, the role will own and implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP) strategy across all IST/FORT super-departments globally, extending beyond RPE.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Senior Leadership Support
- Partner with the Global CoS and senior leadership to shape, translate, and execute divisional strategy
- Provide structured analysis and decision support on key business priorities
- Manage sensitive topics and confidential leadership materials with discretion and sound judgment
Stakeholder Management (Global)
- Serve as a primary interface to global divisional heads and senior stakeholders
- Drive alignment on strategy, budgets, planning, and headcount
- Influence outcomes across a matrixed global organization without direct authority
Workforce & Location Management
- Lead workforce strategy for India (~600 employees), including:
- Hiring logistics, onboarding, and retention
- Headcount planning, forecasting, and organizational design
- Office space and location strategy
- Partner closely with HR and global business managers on talent initiatives
Financial Management
- Own coordination and transparency of:
- Budget planning, forecasting, and cost alignment
- Headcount reporting and expense management
- Interpret and communicate financial performance clearly to senior leadership

Business Operations & Controls
- Oversee operational and administrative management of the division
- Establish strong governance, internal controls, and performance tracking (KPIs/KRIs)
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, operating model, and execution discipline
Communications & Leadership Enablement
- Oversee RPE communications strategy and execution across global forums
- Develop executive-ready messaging, presentations, and talking points
- Ensure consistent and high-quality communication across stakeholders
BCP Leadership (IST/FORT Scope)
- Own and drive BCP strategy and execution across all IST/FORT super-departments
- Ensure alignment with global resilience standards and regulatory expectations
Requirements
- Experience in Chief of Staff, COO/CAO office, Strategy, or Business Management, Technology Strategy Consulting roles
- Proven ability to operate at VP level with senior stakeholder exposure globally
- Strong track record managing operations, workforce, and financials at scale
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Experience creating and executing strategy in complex, global environments
- Strong influencing, communication, and organizational skills
