Join a Market-Leading Business

We're looking for an experienced Internal Print Account Manager to join our growing Print team in Normanton.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in print production, print account management, or customer service within the print industry. You'll manage an established portfolio of customers, providing expert advice, delivering first-class service, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts and profitability.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Acting as the key contact for print and corporate gift requirements
  • Managing projects from initial brief through to production and delivery
  • Providing technical print expertise and product recommendations
  • Sourcing products and obtaining competitive supplier pricing
  • Following up quotations to maximise conversion rates
  • Managing customer-specific stock levels and forecasting requirements
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Driving account growth and identifying commercial opportunities
  • Resolving customer queries and ensuring exceptional service delivery

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Experience within print account management, print production, customer service, or a commercial print environment
  • Strong knowledge of print products, specifications and production processes
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of pricing, margin and profitability
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to work with customers and internal teams
  • Good Microsoft Office and CRM system skills
