We're Looking for an Experienced and Detail-Driven Print Account Manager

We're looking for an experienced and detail-driven Print Account Manager to join our established team in Derby. This is a key role where you'll take ownership of complex print jobs, working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results on time and to brief.

If you enjoy managing projects end-to-end, building strong client relationships, and working in a fast-paced print environment—this could be the perfect next step.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage complex and bespoke print jobs from brief through to delivery
  • Interpret customer requirements and recommend the most effective production methods
  • Source appropriate suppliers and oversee production processes
  • Process and manage sales and purchase orders, invoices, and enquiries accurately
  • Act as the primary contact for selected print customers
  • Ensure all projects meet agreed SLAs and deadlines
  • Support month-end invoicing and ensure processes are completed on time
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems (including MIS systems)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of work
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the process
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Experience within a print, production, or design environment
  • Strong organisational and workload management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and client-facing ability
  • Good IT skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines under pressure
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach
