Are you ready to make a difference?

Join us at Boots as a Print and Production Specialist in Nottingham, Beeston!

At Boots, we work every day to build a brilliant environment for our people, empowering them to make a positive impact for our customers and colleagues. As part of our Commercial & Technical Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering care, confidence, and connection in communities across the UK and Ireland.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally both internally and with external business partners to ensure successful delivery of our sales plan campaigns.

Key responsibilities

  • Process management. Work closely across Customer and Commercial teams, ITG as the production team and Linney as the printer to ensure actions are completed on time, ensuring successful delivery of our sales plan to stores.
  • Issue resolution. Where issues occur, act as a point of contact to work with relevant teams to determine root cause analysis and ensure short-term resolutions are in place.
  • Stakeholder Management. Ensure central and store teams are clear on progress, issues, next steps to minimise noise and confusion when issues occur.
  • Process improvement. Challenge the status quo of established processes, improving both the stores’ ability to execute. This could also involve leading elements of project work.
  • Show Material system oversight: ensure supplier systems remain secure, compliant and efficient through access management, data retention oversight and issue escalation.
  • Promotional site guidelines: create new guidelines and update existing documentation to support evolving processes and promotional activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
